2-Day Preschool Program
 Three-year-old children are making great
developmental strides and are beginning to express an interest in the world around them. They are very curious and spend a lot of time
watching, observing, and imitating. Our goal at the preschool is provide our three-year-old children with a wide variety of activities
that will help them gain new skills, abilities and knowledge. We follow the children’s lead to determine their readiness to learn
age-appropriate skills. Since children do learn by experiencing, by doing and from their play, we encourage them to become actively
involved in all activities at a skill level that is appropriate for them. Our curriculum is theme-based. All topics are taught actively
with the aid of songs, puppets, props, movement, games, and art activities. We encourage the children to work together and use language
successfully to interact with both peers and teachers. We use every opportunity to show the children how people can help one another,
be kind to one another and respect one another. One of the most important aspects of our program is to foster a positive self-image in
the children as well as a love of learning. |
